The Beginning Of Something Special
The Founding Story & Roots Of South Peak Roofing & Exterior
South Peak Roofing & Exteriors has served Southern Alberta since 2013. Our story began when Ken's roofing & exterior company merged with Jody's construction company with the goal of building a trusted roofing & exterior brand. With 37 years of combined construction and roofing & exteriors experience, we hit the ground running and began to build a brand that was getting known within the roofing & exterior industry.
Ken, originally from Calgary, travelled to Lethbridge each week to work along with Jody to manage projects and meet with customers. South Peak quickly grew to the point where Ken returned to Calgary to open an office there. Early on we became a preferred contractor for a major insurance company, which allowed us to help even more Albertans restore their properties after storm damage. We helped one rural storm claim customer put their property back together after a tornado went through their yard. The tornado even took their dog, fortunately, the dog returned home the next day mostly unscathed aside from a small limp on his hind leg!
In 2017, Ken started South Peak Medicine Hat and invited his close friend Sheldon to manage our operations there. With offices in Lethbridge, Calgary, and Medicine Hat, we now serve all of Southern Alberta, from Calgary Southward and all the way across Alberta from the BC to Saskatchewan borders.
Our aim has been simple, to create the most trusted brand in Southern Alberta, while providing great opportunity for great employees who provide the best service for home and commercial property owners. South Peak’s growth has been fast but never compromising quality...we don't want to be the largest...simply the most trusted!
