David and his team at South Peak recently did our roof. The quote was very fair and the service was quick. No hidden charges or unexpected surprises. The roof was completed when they said it would be and it all looks very good. I was especially pleased with how quickly they were able to get it booked and completed. Great experience with South Peak! Ken was fantastic to work with. I never felt like he was selling me something I didn't need. His communication was great and the final product was top notch! Excellent Choice for my Roof Replacement!I give 5 Stars for this company! They did an excellent job in my roof with a Top quality brand at a very reasonable cost. Ken was a very kind, professional and patient person to deal with. I was expecting that this project of mine is going to be stressful as you are worried about the company that will do it correctly and honestly. Ken was able to provide me different option that will fit my budget and needs. In the end able to excellently replace my roof without any hassle in our part. His crew are hard workers, very nice and polite. Definitely recommend this company to my relatives, friends and other homeowners out there who currently on search of trustworthy company.. After checking out a few roofing companies I decided to go with South Peak Roofing due to their great reviews. Ken Reid was great to deal with! Ken was patient to answer all of my questions and he provided 3 quotes for different shingle options. We went with the Malarkey Legacy shingles as they are rated for hail impact resistance. It is such a great experience to employ South Peak Roofing to replace my roof shingles. Ken came to my home with the quote I was asking for and he helped me to make the right option of which brand to go for. The installation crew did an excellent job. And I am grateful for their clean-up work after the installation. Thanks to the thoughtfulness of the crew. Final bill is exactly the same amount as the quote. And now I am so happy with my new roof. It was a happy journey from the beginning to the end. Mr. Rich, Ken and installation crew Laz, Jeff are great people to deal with. I didn't talk too much to Laz and Jeff. However, I could tell that they are hard working roofing experts. Now I'm just waiting for the warranty document to arrive and don't have to worry about this roof in the future.

Major wind gust in Lethbridge took half my roof with it. I contacted the company and that day they had someone come out and look at it. The knowledge and work ethic was great. They have a no BS estimate and were very quick to get the work done. Best company in town and I highly recommend them.

Excellent experience throughout. Shingles have been installed for a few months now and it all looks great, we have even had our normal higher wind gust for our area and they have held tight, neighbours not so much.First off they gave me the most competitive quote for installation standard, shingle quality compared to cost. Address's in my area to look at previous installations. Easy to communicate through the whole experience email and phone calls. Highly recommended.

A severe wind storm last month damaged some shingles on the roof of our South East Calgary home. The insurance company recommended replacing the shingles with a new non-organic type which is more suitable to our climate. I contacted three companies requesting pricing to remove the old shingles and to install new shingles according to the latest building codes. Ken from South Peak Roofing responded quickly to my request and provided a competitive price. He spent a great deal of time explaining to me the advantages of several types of shingles and their suitability to our market. Within a week Ken’s installation team removed the old roof, supplied and installed new roof shingles as quoted and more importantly according to the lates building codes. It took several days to complete the work and the team was very professional, always on time, and the yard was cleaned daily with very little interruption to our busy life. I recommend South Peak Roofing to anyone interested in replacing his shingles. Talk to Ken and you get the work done without any hassles. I will not hesitate to use them in the future on my roofing and exterior works.

We recently decided our roof needed replacing so when I saw someone walking around on the roof of a house down the street from my house I waited to talk to him when he came down. His name is Ken Reid, a partner in South Peak Roofing. His replies to my questions were informative and to the point. At my request he agreed to provide an estimate for replacing our roof; it arrived in my email several days later and outlined three options for our consideration. Subsequently we met with Ken in our kitchen to discuss the options and to get other questions answered. We decided to go with South Peak and several weeks later Ken phoned to arrange a convenient time to do the work. We were impressed with the way his crew operated! The work site was kept clean and neat at all times and there was no inconvenience to us. Clean-up after the first day was impressive; clean-up after the second and final day was meticulous! The crew kept us informed regarding their work-plan and their progress, and they did it all with big smiles. Thank you, Ken, for making it so smooth and easy. We would highly recommend your company.

Ken worked with me to give me a good price as the job was an insurance claim and I had to pay the extra that the insurance would not cover. I got the best deal possible and the shingles look great. We had David over to do up a quote for us. He was very professional and just a very nice person to deal with. We received a very reasonable quote and within a few days our roof was being done. The men that did the roof were very good and pleasant to talk to and cleaned our eaves troughs and the whole area around the house. We are so happy with our roof..... I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner of South Peak Jody when I went in to pay my bill. He was professional and wanted to make sure that we were happy with our whole process from the quote to the roofers. Our home was damaged in a hail storm in July 2016, South Peak did the damage inspection it was very thorough and detailed. We used South Peak Roofing for the repairs and were very happy with the results. The crews were courteous and professional, they also went over and above what was required. The materials they used were of better quality than what was removed and our downspouts were repositioned for better drainage. I would recommend this company.Darryl and Robin
