Owens Corning
As a certified Owens Corning shingle installer, we are able to offer our customers both the standard and extended roof warranties. The extended warranty not only extends the warranty period (up to 50 years), but it includes more of the cost of the replacement if that is necessary. Malarkey Roofing
Malarkey has a great reputation throughout the industry in producing great roofing products. The warranty duration and coverage is less than both Owens Corning and CertainTeed. Please check out the shingle warranty page on the Malarkey website. We are able to offer the Emerald Pro warranty, as we are a preferred Malarkey installer.

EuroShield
Euroshield warrants that its shingles will be free from manufacturing defects for a non-prorated period of 50 years. The warranty is able to be transfered, but must be transfered within the first 10 years of ownership and there is a fee from Euroshield for this transfer.

F-Wave
F-Wave warranties its product by offering an initial 15 year non-proated period followed by a 35 year pro-rated period. It includes the shingles and installation labour of the new shingles. It can be transfer once. If transfered in the first 15 years, the full warranty transfers over. If transfered after the initial 15 year period, the new owner will be covered for a period of 2 years (prorated accordingly).

Forma Steel
Metal roofing panels will last a very long time with little to no maintenance. Our supplier, Forma Steel, offers the following finnish warranties on their metal products.

Low Slope Roofing
Product Warranties
PolyGlass - Elastoflex SA (Base and Cap)
Elastoflex is a low slope 2 ply roofing product. It is installed with a base sheet and then a cap sheet. Each sheet (roll) is self-adhering (SA). The seems of the cap sheet are heat welded together to provide a strong water sealing result.

In addition, certain manufacturers, such as CertainTeed, offer a 25-year extended warranty that South Peak is responsible for where applicable.
